The WaybookProcess
Exploring the Roots of Our Story Through Presence, Breath, and Self-Inquiry
Applications close August 1, 2026 · Participation is by application and acceptance only
Every one of us carries patterns that were formed long before we became consciously aware of them.
Many of our habits, emotional responses, relationship dynamics, fears, beliefs, and ways of relating to the world have roots in our earliest experiences. Often these patterns continue to shape our lives beneath the surface, influencing our choices without us fully understanding where they began.
“The intention is not to fix ourselves. The intention is to become more aware, more present, and more conscious of the stories we carry.”
The 12-Week Waybook Process is an invitation to slow down, look deeply, and explore the foundations of who we are. Together we will journey through the different seven-year cycles of our lives, beginning before birth—exploring conception, time in the womb, birth, childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.
Through reflection, inquiry, breathwork, and group connection, we will begin to uncover the patterns that continue to influence our lives today.

What We Will Explore
Throughout these 12 weeks, we will gently and deeply explore:
Our lives through seven-year developmental cycles
Recurring emotional, relational, and behavioural patterns
Tracing present-day challenges back to their roots
Conception, pregnancy, birth, and early developmental experiences
Childhood and family dynamics
Interviewing parents or family members for deeper insight
Unconscious beliefs and conditioning
Self-compassion and emotional presence
How our past influences present relationships and choices
Patterns that no longer serve us, brought into conscious awareness
Our relationship to our breath through breathwork
Breathwork, Meditation & Group Process
Each Session Includes
- Guided felt-sense meditation
- Gentle breath awareness practices
- Group reflection and discussion
- Self-inquiry exercises
- Integration practices
Several sessions will also include deeper breathwork journeys designed to support emotional awareness, embodiment, and integration. We will move gently, allowing awareness to arise naturally.
Between Sessions
Approximately 2–4 hours per week outside of sessions:
- Personal journaling and reflection
- Exploring the Waybook exercises
- Buddy sessions with another participant
- Parent or family interviews where possible
- Creative integration: drawing, singing, movement, dance, nature, art
- Ongoing observation of personal patterns
The depth of transformation often comes through the awareness cultivated between sessions.

This is not a fast-paced transformational program.
We will move with care, presence, ease, and grace.
The intention is not to rush toward outcomes but to create a safe and supportive environment where deeper insights can emerge naturally.
The process will be adapted to the needs of the group, allowing space for what is arising rather than forcing a predetermined timeline.
Participants will be supported and guided throughout the process while remaining responsible for their own healing journey.

Tamara Fields
I am a Canadian and Swiss citizen and speak both English and French fluently. For the past two and a half years I have been travelling throughout Asia, spending extended periods of time in Buddhist monasteries, Taoist temples, retreat centres, and training environments focused on self-inquiry, meditation, presence, and conscious living.
These experiences have continually shown me how little I know and how much there is still to learn. At the same time, they have provided the stability and lived experience necessary to begin sharing some of the insights and practices that have supported my own growth.
I began training in breathwork facilitation with Kim Kindersley and the Heart of Breath Organisation in May 2025, participating in both online and in-person training in Bali. In January 2026, I transitioned into the teacher-training pathway.
One aspect of my journey that deeply informs how I approach this work is that I live with epilepsy. Through the gentle and presence-based approach taught within Heart of Breath, I have been able to engage with breathwork safely. Rather than using breathwork to push through difficult experiences, I have learned to meet myself more honestly, gently, and consciously.

I do not see this work as a process of fixing ourselves. Instead, I see it as an invitation to become more aware of who we are, where our patterns originated, and how we can relate to ourselves with greater presence, honesty, and compassion.
My role is not to provide answers but to help create a container where participants can explore their own lives more deeply, supported by breath, reflection, community, and conscious inquiry.

A Closing Invitation
If you feel called to understand yourself more deeply, to explore the roots of your patterns, and to cultivate greater presence and awareness in your life, you are warmly invited to apply.
Together we will create a space of curiosity, compassion, accountability, and transformation—one breath, one story, and one step at a time.
